Brown bears and grizzly bears are really the same animal. Grizzly bears live in the interior of Alaska on the open tundra and grasslands. They eat a variety of plants and animals.  Brown bears live near the coast and eat fish. These coastal bears are the largest living omnivorous land animals in the world.
